These are 30 trial versions of Howard & Friends programs that you can download and try out before you make a decision to purchase.. This is a full working copy that will shut down automatically in 30 days if you do not enter your user id. Your data that you have entered will remain safe, however you will be unable to access it if you don not have a user code.

CMA Plus Tutorials
These tutorials are self running tutorials (exe) Download the file to your harddrive and then double click the file to Run. They will run just like the flash tutorials but you can save them to your computer and run them again and again. If you purchase the program all these files come on your cd so you don't have to download.

To see how to import from your mls please refer to the tutorials for your mls on the CMA Plus page or call us.

MLS import tutorials (most tutorials are found in the manual as a printed version but we have included some flash tutorials that allow you to see the actual click by click to use that particular mls. . Save this file to your harddrive and then Run. Please see many of the specific mls tutorials on the CMA Plus Page. Note that list is not complete. For many of the mls that use a common provider such as Marketlynx Tempo, FNIS Paragon or Rappatonni we have only provided 1 tutorial and the screen interface may not look like your mls but the instructions for using will be very similar. 30 Day Trial Programs

Agent's 1st Choice This trial will run for 30 days. The trial may not allow you to convert your Star Contact/ HF 12.27 and does not include the Full Outlook 2003 sync. This version is for Windows XP and will operate in a standalone version only. This trial is NOT the client/server (Hosted Internet).

You must call us to to recieve the HOSTED TRIAL VERSION as we have to set you up on the server 1st. We can set you up with a 10 day trial of the HOSTED VERSION so you may try it out. CALL 888-235-4083

Computer CMA Plus This is a trial version. The MLS format is a sample and will not be compatible with your particular mls until you order. The fields will most likely be different. When we send you your license it will activate your mls.

Money Magic Now included with every CMA Plus purchase. Simply download Money Magic and install and as long as your CMA Plus license is current Money Magic will run.

Money Magic License (requires CMAPlus license to be installed and active) Download and then double click to install. Check license and it will now say CMA Bundled and run as long as CMA Plus is active.

After downloading and you've decide to purchase please follow these instructions.

Next Sign your receipt, PRINT YOUR NAME how you want the program registered to you, update any information on the receipt (for instance you may want your notices coming to the office and not the address on the credit card) and FAX it TOLL FREE to 866-784-7536

If you have another email address other than the one on the receipt that you would like the user code sent to please include it on the receipt. Make sure that we are not going into a spam folder or on a blocked list.

Please check the spelling carefully to insure that we get your information correct. You will be sent your unique user code for the program(s) you have ordered within 7 days of ordering

Once we have sent the code there can be no refunds. If you are not sure that our products are for you, the trial version will run for 30 days before shutting itself down. Simply uninstall the program.
